We also perform monthly general journal entries and mileage data entries for small businesses that drive a lot for work.

If you are a non-profit company, we can provide you with monthly cost allocations, fund management and budgeting as a part of our nonprofit bookkeeping services.

Most companies in Canada are required to file monthly, quarterly, or annual sales tax GST remittances. We help you file GST remittances for tax refunds or payments as well as calculating the ITC's on purchases and GST withheld on income. The GST filings are net filed electronically as they are due. We prepare and mail GST payment checks or provide you with the information to do so yourself.

Our payroll services can be done by weekly or monthly for employees that are on salary or are hired hourly. We provide QuickBooks pay stubs for each employee and we calculate all federal taxes that are to be withheld as well as the Canadian pension plan and employment insurance. At the end of the tax year we also issue t4's to each employee if I were to do so in our services. If you hire subcontractors in place of regular employees, or if you'll use casual labour, we can issue those subcontractors a t5018 or a t4 - a slip for each individual who is hired as a subcontractor or works casual labor.
