Our team at Country Hills Massage Therapy is proud to offer you Massage Therapy and Hot Stone Massage treatments. We truly appreciate your understanding. Our therapists are compensated only for completed treatments, and unfortunately, a missed appointment directly affects their income. Country Hills Massage Therapy reserves the right to request payment of the scheduled appointment if sufficient notice is not provided. We understand that there are some situations that are out of your control, but a two hour cancellation policy allows us to accommodate other clients that are waiting for an appointment. Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment, we require two (2) hours cancellation notice. Please do your very best to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment so that your schedule, and your therapists schedule is kept. Click here to meet the team!
